About Rosati's Pizza

The roots of Rosati’s Pizza go back to the early 1900’s, when Ferdinand Rosati opened a small restaurant in Chicago. His son, Sam, followed in his footsteps, opening his own restaurant in 1927. In 1964, Sam’s children used his recipes and opened Rosati’s, one of the first pizza places to offer delivery. The Rosati family still controls the business today, but began expanding through franchising in 2006.

With five generations of experience serving pizza, Rosati’s knows our way around the kitchen, and the pizza franchise industry. Pizza brings people together and we are all about that aspect of the business, the people.

When you invest and buy into the Rosati’s Pizza franchise, you’re investing in family, in the chance to build something better, and most importantly, you’re investing in yourself. At Rosati’s we know what it’s like to invest your family’s future in something you believe in, and we don’t take that investment lightly. We’ve built this business on common sense and doing the right thing. Where we come from, that’s always a smart investment.

Rosati’s pizzeria and Italian restaurant is committed to providing customers with signature Chicago style pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches that offer high quality, value and flavor. We’ve stayed true to our roots, continuing to use fresh ingredients and authentic Italian family recipes. Everything we do is history in the making. Our unique franchise opportunities are helping more people open their own businesses and bring something fun to their communities. We know food brings people together and sparks conversation at the table. Rosati’s, a pizzeria and Italian restaurant, has been serving people with Chicago style sandwiches, pasta and deep-dish pizza for 50 years – we know this industry from top to bottom.

We literally started at the bottom, and through the years have created a franchise opportunity that is among the top 500 franchises in the United States. People know the Rosati’s name and they know the Rosati’s way – something we make sure not to fall short on. Our Italian food and pizza restaurants are something people will always enjoy. With our selection of traditional Chicago style deep-dish pizza, pastas and sandwiches we are sure to satisfy any craving! When you’re looking for quality, come to Rosati’s.
