Plucked be hand at the peak ripeness, the fruits of the Coffea Arabica bush are transported to mills where the beans are expertly removed, dried and hand-sorted before shipping to our artesian roasters.

The “PJ” in our name stands for Phyllis Jordan, our foFranchises Under who opened her first coffee house over two decades ago. She’s one of the pioneers of gourmet coffee – her idea: to create unique coffee blends and roast the beans in small batches – the same way we do it today in our roasting facility not far from Bourbon Street.
