About Parker-Anderson Enrichment

Parker-Anderson has been the Southern California leader in after-school enrichment for almost 20 years. Now franchising in other regions! Fun comes first at Parker-Anderson!
Our staff of instructors is highly trained, and brings our intellectually stimulating enrichment to students in a fun and exciting way.

In 1986, Jamie started teaching after-school karate classes and within two years had partnerships with many schools in Los Angeles. He branched out into other areas of enrichment, developing programs with an eye on what kids like and what is good for them: science experiments, arts, robotics, and sports.

When Josh Parker came along as one of the most popular chess teachers in LA, he and Jamie quickly formed a model program that currently offers over 50 types of enrichment classes to thousands of elementary school students.

Parker-Anderson’s relationships with schools are firmly established and their commitment to quality is unwavering.

Why Choose Parker-Anderson?

Parker-Anderson is the only franchise that provides multiple income streams for schools, community centers, summer camps, and birthday parties. We go where the kids go, all year round!

Jamie Anderson and Josh Parker have had enormous success in Los Angeles with a business that keeps growing every year because they have a reputation for great work that starts and ends with a
hands-on, “can-do” approach that all schools appreciate. They have developed a comprehensive website that runs almost all aspects of their business and is invaluable for franchisees. It makes training all
tasks, from the very least to the most important, easy by automating them for extreme efficiency.

Considering that demand keeps growing for after school programs, and that shrinking school budgets increase the market for someone to take over hands-on learning…why not Parker-Anderson? For over thirty-five years, Parker-Anderson Enrichment has offered the most diverse selection of kids programs that any franchise has to offer. Our motto is “Fun Comes First,” our intention is to educate through hands-on learning, and our hope is that students around the world can share our abundant array of classes.

Our Mission & Vision – We are looking for franchisees who are enthusiastic about our approach and understand that when fun comes first, learning comes next. We are unwavering in our commitment to top quality service. Our goal is to expand across the nation through franchising and bring our stimulating enrichment classes to students in a fun and exciting way!

Capitalization & Our Ideal Candidate – Parker-Anderson Enrichment provides its franchisees the opportunity to create a lucrative career while being of service to their community. It’s a ground floor opportunity with success for more than 20 years in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Many of the over 150 schools they work with have been with them since their inception. Be part of the
growth of something that has value for yourself and others!

Some qualities we look for in new franchisees include:

-Motivation to succeed
-A desire to be your own boss
-Committment to building a successful franchise
-Willingness to start a business from the bottom up
-Some experience in education (helpful but not required)
-Some management skills

The idea of having a thriving business that is lucrative and strong while also maintaining a lifestyle that allows plenty of time for hands-on parenting, hobbies, civic activities, etc. might seem like a dream, but it can be reality for anyone who owns a Parker-Anderson Franchise. A Parker-Anderson franchisee can maintain a healthy lifestyle while also sustaining and growing the business. Every day has certain maintenance objectives, growth objectives, and hands-on ‘in the trenches’ activity that are rewarding and sustainable.
