Ken and Alanna McAllister founded MY SALON Suite when their youngest daughter entered high school. It was a way for Alanna to get back into business and pay tribute to her family of hair professionals by revolutionizing the salon industry. Not knowing too much about hair, Ken and Alanna knew they wanted to create a space that salon professionals could make it their own and call it “MY SALON.” Their vision quickly grew from two stores in Louisiana to over 200 locations across the US and Canada. Today, over 5,000 Members have the freedom to be salon entrepreneurs in a thriving community.
Suite Management Franchising, LLC® is the established franchising subsidiary of MY SALON Suite® and Salon Plaza®. With more than 100 salon suite locations in the United States and Canada, Suite Management Franchising’s brands offer beauty professionals the chance to operate their own business without the oppressive upfront costs and risks associated with building and running a salon.
The spacious suites are private and well appointed with high-end luxury amenities and top-of-the-line equipment for health and beauty professionals ranging from nail technicians to massage therapists, spa professionals and skin treatment experts, among other specialties. In the next five years, Suite Management Franchising looks to add 200 franchise partners and 300 salons throughout the United States and Canada.
Offering ongoing training and support, as well as an alternative financing program, Suite Management Franchising seeks to award franchise opportunities to individuals looking for a lifestyle business that is scalable, requires a minimum number of employees and offers owners the opportunity to keep their day job while building a business.
