About Mountain Mike's Pizza

Since 1978, Mountain Mike’s Pizza has been serving “Pizza the Way it Oughta Be!®” up and down the West Coast. Known for its legendary pepperoni pizza covered from edge to edge with mini crispy, curly pepperonis and its 20-inch Mountain-sized pizzas, Mountain Mike’s has been a popular choice for families for over 40 years.

Each of the brand’s more than 230 locations across California, Oregon and Utah feature a welcoming yet modern family-friendly atmosphere complete with big screen TVs throughout and a kids’ activity area with arcade games, making it the ideal location for sports teams, family gatherings, group fundraisers and private parties. With a menu of signature pizzas, oven-roasted wings, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, and a selection of beer and wine, there’s something for everyone. Whether dine-in, carry-out or contactless delivery, guests can always count on Mountain Mike’s to deliver on safety, freshness, quality and value.

Our success has been built on simple ingredients: Great food, great experiences for families, strong community ties – especially with local sports teams — and franchisee satisfaction. We have grown organically. Our brand includes dozens of multi-unit franchisees who continue to invest in new restaurants, buoyed by the success they have enjoyed with the brand.

“The most satisfying thing about being a Mountain Mike’s Pizza franchise owner is the limitless ability to grow my business and brand locally,” says Luis Seita, who owns three Mountain Mike’s locations in Northern California. “Pizza is a community food and when you have a good product and a savvy business model, business is good.”

Now, we’re building on the brand’s success by launching new initiatives to power growth into the future. One of those initiatives: Partnering with new franchisees to bring Mountain Mike’s to Southern California as well as Utah, Nevada and Oregon.

Mountain Mike’s Pizza franchise has the operational experience, the franchising expertise and the quality product that together make for a winning combination. We want seasoned franchisees and development partners who are passionate about capitalizing on the booming $45 billion pizza industry.

While other pizza franchises concentrate on carryout and delivery, Mountain Mike’s captures roughly a third of our sales from something you don’t see as much anymore: dine-in.

The families who grew up with us in the Bay Area and other parts of Northern California are now bringing their families in to recapture those experiences. The grown-ups can watch the game on a big-screen with a glass of beer or wine while the kids play in the game room. Mountain Mike’s has so much wide-open territory in L.A. and the rest of Southern California, we’re excited about the opportunity to introduce our brand to a whole new generation of loyal fans.

Whether or not you grew up loving Mountain Mike’s, joining our franchise family is a smart business move. You’ll be joining a long-term stable brand, a family-oriented pizza franchise in business since 1978, that prioritizes quality, community and customer service.

You’ll be running your own business, but you won’t be in it alone. You’ll be backed by decades of experience, big buying power and a group of very supportive fellow owners in a booming industry.
