Mark Kushinsky and Richard Sparacio’s debut MaidPro office was established in Boston in 1991. Just prior to franchising the business in 1997, Kushinsky developed service management software in order to increase efficiencies and began licensing this software to various players in the residential cleaning space and service-based industries. Locations have been established throughout the US and Canada.
