At Footprints Floors, we’re a step above the rest! We are a one-of-a-kind family owned and operated flooring installation and restoration business. We have spent the past decade mastering the installation and restoration of hardwood as well as the installation of laminate, vinyl, carpet, stone and tile floors, backsplashes, staircases and baseboards.

From small repairs to large refinishing and installation projects, we pride ourselves on offering top quality workmanship at a fair price. One of the ways we keep our costs low (without compromising the quality of our services) is by completely eliminating the need for any type of showroom – decreasing our overhead, logistics, and staffing requirements and passing those savings directly onto you, our valued customers. Our Story

Founder and CEO Bryan Park grew up in South Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, and served our country in Omaha, Nebraska. Like most who serve, Bryan’s military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty, and leadership.

When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado, they started a family, having three energetic girls and three big dogs — all of whom were unforgiving on their home’s wood floors. When looking into the various flooring restoration and installation options available to him, Bryan noticed that the industry was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. So Bryan decided to take it upon himself to make a change.

Bryan started out by getting leads and jobs by helping people in the aisles of his local Lowe’s and Home Depot stores. He and his father-in-law would also go letter-box dropping in the middle of the night after a long, hard day of flooring. It was vital for this new contractor to ensure that his job pipeline was always full and that his name and reputation would continue to grow. The importance of marketing and lead generation began with the inception of Footprints Floors and continues today.
