Automotive Franchises That Drive More Profits

When opening an automotive franchise, there are several factors to consider. Here are some of the automotive franchises that you can invest in: Auto Glass Franchises, Auto Paint Franchises, Automotive Repair Franchises, Car Rental Franchises, Car Wash Franchises, Oil Change Franchises, and Transmission Franchises.

Big-name franchises do not guarantee you will make a lot of money in the automotive franchise industry. You should always be aware of your market and target audience. This is because those who work in the industry, such as technicians, learn from their local competitors. When opening your business like any other, add 10% more than you think it would cost. The automotive industry may be time-consuming and costly. When opening up the franchise, it is key to find good mechanics to work on cars; friendly employees with excellent word of mouth. It is also important to talk to other franchisees to learn about their experience and build good personal skills and relationships. A good thing about franchises is that you don't have to know every sense of daily operation.
Rather than an independent shop, you’re buying into a proven concept, which increases your chance of success. Long-term investment risks are usually lowered when investing in an established franchise. The franchise costs are known and identifiable (to you and lenders). You receive valuable initial training and support and property management advisory, and other soft-cost services that can be very helpful. You have the advantage of an established system of franchisees who’ve gone down this road and can offer assistance. Plus, the franchisor brings buying power and economies of scale to negotiate lower prices for products and services.
1. According to the Auto Alliance, the automobile industry employs 9.9 million Americans or about 5.1% of private-sector employment. Michigan and Ohio employ the most workers in the auto industry. 2. Considering that there are approximately 323 million people in the United States, that means more than 1 out of every 18.6 people bought a brand new car. 3. In 2017, we bought a lot of cars! 6.2 million new cars were sold and 11.1 million SUVs and light trucks, adding up to approximately 17.3 automobile transactions. 4. New car dealers are expected to bring in 916 billion by 2020, with used car sales following 106.6 billion in sales. 5. Nearly 12 million light passenger vehicles were built in the good ‘ole U.S. of A last year. 6. The auto industry is responsible for about 3 to 3.5% of our entire U.S. gross domestic product.
